from 12 to 16 September 2017 (Tuesday – Saturday)

Leiden is easily accessible from these airports:
Amsterdam (30 km), Rotterdam-The Hague (35 km), Brussels (180 km), Eindhoven (140 km) or Dusseldorf (235 km).
The event will be held immediately before the eLex 2017 conference taking place also in Leiden. Both events will be hosted by the Dutch Language Institute.

Lexicom will take place in Hortus Botanicus, Rapenburg 73, 2311 GJ Leiden. Zoom into the map to orientate yourself.
fees
The participant must register on 10 June 2017 at the latest and pay by 25 June 2017 to qualify for the early bird discount. Participants from these countries qualify for the low-income country discount.
cancellations
Cancellations received before 15 June 2017 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of EUR 25 processing fee. Cancellations received between 16 June 2017 and 31 July 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs. No refunds are generally done for cancellations received after 1 August 2017 except for special circumstances. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to info@lexicom.courses. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event before 1 April 2017.

Participants from the same institution or company will receive a 30 % discount for the second and any additional participant.

The fee includes 1-year access to Sketch Engine, tuition, lunch, refreshment during coffee breaks. The participants are responsible for their accommodation, breakfast & dinner, travel expenses and other costs.

Please complete the registration form which will be forwarded on to the Dutch Language Insititute who handle the registration fees and will issue an invoice to you. Your registration will be confirmed after the invoice is paid via a bank transfer. Unfortunately, no other forms of payment are possible.
