included in the fee
The fee includes 1-year access to Sketch Engine, tuition, 5 lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks. The participants are responsible for their accommodation and travel expenses and other costs.
fees, charges and cancellations
Cancellations received before 14 May 2026 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of the EUR 30 processing fee. Cancellations received between 15 May and 10 August 2026 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 10 August 2026, except for special circumstances. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to info@lexicom.courses. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event before 1 April 2026.
reduced rates
The participant must register and pay on 14 May 2026 at the latest to qualify for the early bird discount. Participants from these countries qualify for the mid- and low-income country discounts.
group discount
Participants from the same institution or company will receive a 20% discount for the second and any additional participants. To take advantage of the group discount, email us at info@lexicom.courses.

The Workshop will be held at the Saracen Sands Hotel & Congress Centre, located at Via Libertà, 128/A, 90040 Isola delle Femmine (Palermo), Italy.
accommodation
Accommodation is not included. Participants can book accommodation in Saracen Sands Hotel & Congress Centre, where Lexicom takes place, by emailing eventi@saracenhotelpalermo.com. The discounted price for participants for a double room for single use is €120 per night, including breakfast. A twin room for two people is €150 per night, including breakfast. Participants need to book their accommodation themselves.
travel information
Palermo is easily accessible by plane. Trains from Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport run about twice an hour, reaching Capaci station (about 10 minutes; see train schedule). The station is about 800 meters from the Saracen Sands Hotel.
Alternatively, the hotel is an 8-minute ride by car or taxi (special rates available). A summer shuttle to and from the airport runs on request between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
