The fee includes 1-year access to Sketch Engine, tuition, 5 lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks. Accommodation can be reserved during the registration. The participants are responsible for their travel expenses and other costs.
Fees, charges and cancellations
Cancellations received before 1st June 2023 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of EUR 25 processing fee. Cancellations received between 1st June 2023 and 10th August 2023 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs. No refunds are generally being done for cancellations received after 10th August 2023 except for special circumstances. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to info@lexicom.courses. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event before 1st April 2023.

The participant must register and pay on 31 May 2023 at the latest to qualify for the early bird discount. Participants from these countries qualify for the mid- and low-income country discount.

Following the war events in Ukraine, participants from Russia, Belarus, and Russian-occupied territories may not participate in Lexicom events.
Instead we offer three free places for participants from Ukraine. Update as of May 24th, 2023: all of these places are already taken.

venue
The Workshop will be held in Jesus College, part of the University of Cambridge. The college is over 500 years old, and is situated a short walk from the city centre. Some of its buildings are even older than the college itself, which was founded on the site of a medieval priory.

Rooms (with breakfast) will be available in the college. Accommodation is not included in the price and can be reserved during the registration. Participants can also decide to book accommodation themselves.
