included in the fee
The fee includes 1-year access to Sketch Engine, tuition, 5 lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks. The participants are responsible for their accommodation and travel expenses and other costs.
fees, charges and cancellations
Cancellations received before 1 June 2025 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of the EUR 25 processing fee. Cancellations received between 1 June and 10 August 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 10 August 2025 except for special circumstances. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to info@lexicom.courses. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event before 1 April 2025.

The participant must register and pay on 31 May 2025 at the latest to qualify for the early bird discount. Participants from these countries qualify for the mid- and low-income country discounts.

Following the war events in Ukraine, participants from Russia, Belarus, and Russian-occupied territories may not participate in Lexicom events.
Instead, we offer 3 free places for participants from Ukraine.

The Workshop will be held in the Meetingroombari Sale Riunioni at Piazza Aldo Moro 14, Bari, very close to the main train station, Bari Centrale.

Accommodation is not included, participants need to book accommodation themselves.

Bari is easily accessible by plane From the Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport, you can take a train (on average, two trains per hour) or various buses, both of which go to the Bari Centrale station, where you should get off. The journey time is 30–50 minutes.
